On-line bookings are held for 5 working days until receipt of deposit (20%). On receipt of the deposit we will confirm the booking in writing (and by email). The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A credit card swipe is taken as a security deposit on arrival by our management company. Pool and spa heating (recommended October - April) is an optional additional cost ($175/C$182/£112 per week). Bookings of 6 days or less incur a cleaning surcharge of $120/C$126/£77 and we offer a discount for bookings of 15 days or more.

On completion of the on-line booking form we will email you with deposit payment options. We accept USD, CAD and Sterling cheques or you can wire/mail payment directly to our bank account. Alternatively, you can pay securely using any major credit card via Paypal in USD, CAD and Sterling.
