On-line bookings are held for 5 working days until receipt of deposit (20%). On receipt of the deposit we will confirm the booking in writing (and by email). The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A credit card swipe is taken as a security deposit on arrival by our management company. Pool and spa heating (recommended October - April) is an optional additional cost ($175/C$182/£112 per week). Bookings of 6 days or less incur a cleaning surcharge of $120/C$126/£77 and we offer a discount for bookings of 15 days or more.

On completion of the on-line booking form we will email you with deposit payment options. We accept USD, CAD and Sterling cheques or you can wire/mail payment directly to our bank account. Alternatively, you can pay securely using any major credit card via Paypal in USD, CAD and Sterling. Please note this transaction will be subject to a 4.00 percent surcharge.
