The prices are per week and are inclusive of tax at 11.00 percent. Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at $175/C$182/£112 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of $120/C$126/£77. For bookings of 15 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A credit card swipe is taken as a security deposit on arrival by our management company. Prices are subject to review from time to time, so please make sure you get an up to date quote before booking and check the special offers section to see if there are any last minute reductions. Confirmed bookings (i.e. bookings where a booking deposit has been received) are NOT subject to change.

We welcome guests looking to book short breaks (2-5 days) but please note: to reflect the additional management company 'Meet and Greet' and other associated costs, a 'Short Break Surcharge' will be made. For more information please contact us.

We can also arrange optional extras. Should you wish to spoil yourself a little more we can offer a daily maid service and for that special occasion we can usually provide a 'Chef at Home' service. A qualified Master Chef will come into the home and cook a gourmet meal for that special celebration or business dinner. Just ask us for rates and details. .
