I would recommend this house to anyone. For a party of 9, we found that we all had privacy when we wanted, as well as a wonderfully designed public area to get together. The furnishings are luxurious, the house was clean, and everything was in top shape. We had fun in the game room - in the garage, as well as the pool. The kitchen was better equipped than our own kitchen. We went to Disney in the morning and came home every day around noon, and then sometimes returned and sometimes not in the evening. We had not a single complaint on the house. In fact, my brothers and parents continued to congratulate me on the house reservation throughout the week. Finally, the owners/managers were always responsive and helpful. You can't go wrong with this one!

Hello Jane, We have just enjoyed a week in your wonderful villa. We have stayed inmany villas in Florida and yours was by far the best! It is aspacious, clean,and an extremely well equipped villa. We loved the swimming pool with those beautiful views and not being overlooked bythe neighbours. Orange Tree is a quiet area - a great place to returnto after a long hot day in the theme park. Great management by Garyand Graham, who were waiting for us when we arrived to give us a guided tour of the property. Hello Jane, Well our long awaited vacation has come and gone. What a wonderful time we had. Your home is lovely and we couldn’t have asked for nicer weather. Gary was very helpful and we appreciated him showing us around. It was wonderful to come home at the end of the day and sink into the pool and hot tub and relax. The neighborhood is beautiful. The kids walked up to the orange groves and picked oranges to make fresh juice for breakfast and cocktails. I say kids, but they’re all between 28 and 30 years old. The large spacious kitchen was perfect for preparing breakfast for 8 and deciding what we were going to do for the day. We had a fabulous time. The location of the house is perfect. You’re close enough to all the entertainment Disney offers and far enough away for peace and quiet to rejuvenate for the next day. We were visited by a Sandhill Crane who we affectionately named Charlene. She would walk behind the pool area and honk at us. We have already told many of our friends what a lovely time we had, and hopefully they will come to enjoy your home as we have.

Hello Jane! When I show my friends and family my "Florida" pictures all they ask is "Where did you find that house?". Then they laugh when I tell them how I worried about what kind of place it would be. This gave new meaning to the word vacation. Everything about the house is perfect, including the location. I honestly believe that the house was a bigger hit with the family than Disney! We couldn't wait to get home and go swimming, cook a nice meal, play some pool and watch a couple of movies. There was nothing we wanted for. We were there with our son, his wife and two of our grandchildren so we would have required 2 hotel rooms. Staying in a beautiful house for the same money was they way to go for us. We thank you so much. You said that we wouldn't be disappointed and you were right. We look forward to coming back with more of our family next year. You are fortunate to have Helen to welcome your guests. She is very sweet and concerned that everything is perfect. Hello Jane, Thank you for your e-mail. We had a wonderful time and everything went smooth. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the house and all the luxurious amenities. We made very good use of the pool and hot tub as well as the games room. The children were more concerned about getting home to the pool than staying at the parks to meet the Disney Characters! Gary and Graham were both very prompt and helpful upon our arrival and answered all of our questions during our stay. The house was very well equipped and more than adequate in size; I do not think we even used the dining room or sitting area outside the master bedroom. We took full advantage of the full sized kitchen and fully appreciated the gas stove(One of my favorite parts of the house). I will not hesitate; and have already “solicited” your Villa to my friends and family. Thank you!

Hi Jane, Thanks for getting in touch....I'm not sure we're over the jet lag yet, I think it takes a while at our age! The villa was absolutely, 100% perfect. What a gorgeous place! The 9 of us enjoyed our very comfortable stay immensely. The pool and hot tub were used every day and the same goes for the games room. It is such a beautiful home and the Christmas tree that greeted us as we walked in was so lovely, much appreciated and really got us in the Christmas spirit. Gary & Graham were absolute stars, they looked after us so well. We were sorry to have to bother them about silly little things - like how to work to the oven and about the free international phone calls, but they were only too happy to help and they could not have been any friendlier or more professional. There was a little hiccup with the pool heating but it was sorted out very quickly and they pulled out all the stops for us. We cannot rave about them enough. They definitely made things much easier and were so helpful with everything. Coming home to the villa after a day shopping or at the parks was just so nice. After a particularly long day at Disney we arrived home and just sat with our feet in the pool listening to the crickets and the following day we all slept in late! Thanks so much to you and to Gary & Graham for all the help, it's been a fantastic holiday and that is largely due to our stay in your fantastic villa. We hope to be back at a future date!

It was the perfect vacation. Everything went according to plan. We had the time of our life. Your house was such a perfect fit for our family and better than anything we imagined. My nieces loved the pool and game room. They did not miss a day using it even after being at Disney all day. The weather was great also. In 9 days, it sprinkled rain one morning and that was it. Gary was also great and very welcoming. The welcome groceries were a special gesture and a great treat. I want to extend thanks from all of my family to yours for letting us use your wonderful home. Jane - thanks so much for the email. We had a wonderful trip to Florida and sincerely enjoyed your home! When we got there, we truly appreciated the welcome food - we were exhausted from the trip and the fact that we did not need to run out and get groceries was wonderful! It was great for the kids and the adults to all have their own space and plenty of room to all hang out together as well. My six year old daughter loved all the pretty trinket boxes you had around and has added several to her birthday wish list. The pool was a hit with everyone and both of my children's bravery levels increased as the week went along. The management company was responsive and willing to answer any questions that we had. We just loved this house. It had everything you could ever imagine in the kitchen. There were 9 people in our group and you would never ever know it, by the size of the house. We were extremely comfortable and the rental staff that was on-site was not only professional, but friendly too. The pool was used after long days in the parks by the kids. And, the jacuzzi was great for the adults. You may think the game room would never be used on your vacation, but you would be dead wrong. We spent many nights having air hockey and pool tournements!!! My family and I are looking to rent this house again next year. I would highly recommend renting this home to anyone who has a large group of people. After a long day at the parks, it was really great to go home for a swim and use the grill for dinner. After researching the options, I happily paid the cancellation fee for the hotel room I had already booked. The private vacation homes site I found on the web offered homes with so much more in terms of cost per square foot, amenities, and most of all, privacy. The choices were endless. Fortunately, we found Alan and Jane Price's beautiful home in Clermont. The web site was informative and accurate. Jane was helpful and friendly, as were the property managers. However, the home was better than we could have hoped for. I could go on and on about the spaciousness, comfort and style. The kids couldn't wait to get back to the swimming pool and game room - after 8 hours of running around the theme parks. The adults loved being able to soak our sore bodies in the hot tub. All of this in the privacy of our "own home". It was great. We will definitely call the Price's before we make any plans to go to Orlando again.

What a superb holiday home! The home met our expectations - and more. The level of accommodation, cleanliness and equipment was of a high standard and was much appreciated - especially after long days at the theme park! We not only made full use of the swimming pool/jacuzzi, but enjoyed the games room too - and we even managed to get to the nearby tennis courts! On arrival - we were really impressed with the neighbourhood - as the homes are on very generous sized plots and it was very peaceful. If other visitors to your home have a spare day(s) - we would recommend a visit to St Augustine (it takes about 2 hours drivetime - take the I4 East and then US1). This is a really old city (1600s) with lots of history - a fort, wooden schoolhouse, museums, Fountain of Youth, Indian cemetery, Ripleys. It is well worth a visit if time allows. (A tourist 'land' train around the main attractions is really good value and enables you to make the best use of the time you have to spend there - just jump on or off when you want to). Perhaps other visitors may have discovered other 'hidden treasures' beyond the theme parks that they would like to share? Many thanks for sharing your home with us.

Hi Jane, just back today, everything was excellent with your house, it was well equipped with everything we needed, I loved the idea of an electric kettle, and a gas cooker (not that I cooked, I don't do kitchens in the UK, so I won't do them whilst I'm away), The swimming pool and hot tub were well used, as was the games room, I found Steve and Rose very easy to get along with and nothing was any trouble for them. Hi Jane, Your house is wonderful. It had more than we expected, especially in the kitchen. The beds were so comfortable and we had more than enough room with 6 people. We never even used the livingroom and formal diningroom. It was so much better than a hotel room, a pleasure to come to after a lond day visiting. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. We had a great trip home. As for Helen, she was great. She explained everything to us when we got there (a lot later than expected as we got lost, lol). My husband also called her to ask her a question and she was very helpful. Well, most people have already said their praises.What can I add? Beautiful location,beautiful,peaceful surroundings.The biggest Wal-Mart I ever saw just down the road.... Where else can you go if you need more nappies at 11pm on a Sunday? For those that need a Gluten free diet, the Outback Steakhouse at Formosa Gardens ( 192 East) is the place to go. Not just the odd thing that's Gluten free, but virtually the whole menu,including Ice cream! If wildlife is your thing, feed the Cranes from your hand, but watch those long beaks! I'm glad I looked for 5 bed villas as I thought 4 beds would be at the limit of our budget. Wrong. This place is top value for money and only a few $ more than the average 4 bed villa. The bonus for us was the kids getting their own bedroom instead of having to share. The Internet access and free phone calls were a big hit with everyone. We were able to plan all our trips/routes, look at weather and all sorts of other things.

The villa is ideally situated - far enough away from the noise yet close enough to get to all theme parks easily, the community the villa was based on is very quiet. The standard of accommodation was excellent - a real home away from home, that actually makes you guilty for not spending more time at the villa itself (great pool and outstanding games room). All the rooms are of a high standard (3 with en-suites) - so there were no arguments over who slept in which room. In addition to the standard of the accommodation it was great to feel secure - you did not worry about leaving your belongings in the villa - it was fully alarmed with a safe for the important things. Finally the management company are great helping out wherever they could and being contactable at all times to answer queries (many management companies don't even meet the guests!). In summary I would whole heartedly recommend this villa to anybody visiting Orlando (theme parks or not), it is top quality accommodation in a top quality location. Regards Paul Johnson

Jane and Alan, thank you for the use of your wonderful house! We have just come from a five-night stay in January 2007 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We can't say enough good things about it. The layout of the house perfectly suited the needs of our extended family--grandparents and two adult children with families. The adult couples all appreciated having our own bath--it made getting ready in the morning so much less hectic--while the kids loved the game room. (In fact, I believe they may like your foosball table better than any ride at Disney!) There were ample dishes, towels, pillows and chairs for our group, the mattresses were soft but firm, and I believe that every adult in our party remarked on how comfortable the couches in the TV room were. I often think testimonials seem more believable when the writer mentions something negative, but in this case, the only thing I can find to complain about is that your house is not on Disney property! We loved coming home and playing in the pool and jacuzzi at night, and the whole place was spacious, well-kept and oh so comfortably furnished. We felt blessed to have it to retreat to after a long day at the parks, and we are all looking forward to staying there again on our next trip to Orlando! Many thanks for a wonderful vacation--

Well i sit here typing this after staying at this villa and i am totally depressed. What a good holiday made all the better by a brilliant villa in a really good location, when we arrived at the villa we were greeted by Helen who showed us where everything was then dissapeared in to the sunset to leave us alone to get on with it, great we needed her help only once with the safe as someone had left it opened but locked and it was no problem. The first thing you notice apart from the massive TV ( thanks ) is the size there is loads of room so you don't get under everybody else's feet. All the bedrooms are big me and wifey had Bedroom 4 on the photos and yes it is that big, as are the bathrooms, the kitchen has everything you could wish for if you can be bothered to cook it and there is a little Barbie outside the screen if you feel the need to burn your food, so now it is time for some fun, but what do we play, a little air hockey or maybe a game of pool ( and just for your information i let my nephew win .........honest ) or as the Americans call it Fooseball no better at that either. And now to where all the real fun takes place, will you all behave we have done the bedrooms, let's go to the POOL it is enormous, and so is the spa, the deck area is extended so there are plenty of seats and recliners and two tables, and loads of pool toys for big kids like me. We stayed here for Two weeks and there were eight of us had a little trip down to Fort lauderdale then across to Sanibel island for two days and i got a talking to off a cop but all good fun. Apart from all of the above the one big plus about this villa is that it was clean not just clean but spotless probably thanks to Helen you imediately felt at home but would we go back..... Yes without question

Hi Jane, We'd be more than happy to write a testimonial! We really love your home! We can't even imagine not staying in a house now. It works out so well for us--plenty of room and very comfortable! I don't know if it was your idea or Helen's--but when we arrived-there was bread, eggs, bacon, milk, some fresh fruit and some soda and things in the refrigerator. That was so nice-and very appreciated! Helen told us that was for us--and it worked perfect. We had arrived at about 3:00 in the morning, and we were exhausted--so that was great to have those things already there! I was able to make everyone breakfast-and didn't have to worry about running out to the store to get something. We went out food shopping later-after getting caught up on our sleep!:) The kids really enjoy the gameroom--and of course-the pool. Yesterday, my son (Brian-he's 3), said to me, "Mom, can we go in the pool later?" I had to remind him that we don't have a pool here-LOL--He really loved going in his little float! Everything was perfect--and the house still has the "wow" factor! Everything is very beautiful and very clean--and you have wonderful people taking care of it!
